A coastal road traces a sinuous line between grass-covered rock and clear turquoise water. Seen from above, the small vehicles lend scale to the steep terrain, while cliff shadows interrupt the sunlit greens and pale sand.
The story
I followed the curve of the road through the frame, watching how it held to the hillside above the water. From this height, the cars became small marks against the rock, their routes briefly aligned with the shape of the coast. What drew me in was the meeting of three surfaces: rough green slopes, smooth asphalt, and water clear enough to reveal the darker forms beneath. The beach offered a pale pause between them.
