White blossoms unfurl among a radiating cluster of pink flower tubes and pale, closed buds. Light catches the curled petals and yellow anthers, while shallow focus softens the surrounding pinks and deep green foliage into an intimate study of unfolding forms.
The story
In this late-November frame, the calendar narrows to the small interval between bud and blossom. Pink tubes reach outward, each carrying a pale tip or an open flower. White petals curl back into the light, exposing slender filaments dusted with yellow. Beneath them, green leaves hold the shadows, and the surrounding cluster dissolves into colour.
