The story
Late July light settles across the rough wall, catching its smallest ridges. Within the white border, blue deepens beneath the upper recess and brightens along the left shutter. Small losses of paint expose the wood beneath, interrupting the saturated color. The shutters remain closed; outside, a narrow metal fitting casts a long diagonal shadow.
