The story

I followed the aircraft through the frame as its wings tilted and the sky seemed to turn around it. What held my attention was the small, fierce circle of orange against so much blue. White vapor traced the edges of the maneuver, briefly giving the air a visible shape. I wanted to hold that contrast: the weight of the machine, the lightness of its surroundings, and a turn suspended before it was complete.
