Four seabirds cross a luminous expanse of turquoise water, their wings caught at different angles of flight. The panoramic composition sets their pale forms against fine surface ripples, allowing the spaces between them to establish a quiet visual rhythm.
The story
I followed the birds across the blue, watching the distances between them change. Each pair of wings held a different angle, yet for a moment their movements seemed to belong to one continuous gesture. I wanted to leave room around them, enough water for the eye to wander before returning to those pale shapes. What held me was that brief arrangement: four separate lives sharing a direction across an open field of color.
