A Garden Of Glass

About this piece
A densely branching glass sculpture fills the vertical frame, its curling tendrils and ribbed, budlike forms set against green foliage. Bright light traces the translucent surfaces, while overlapping arcs of yellow, scarlet, cobalt, and turquoise create a vivid rhythm around the central support.
The story
On this July day, light gathers along the glass curves and slips through their colored edges. Yellow ribbons reach outward between cobalt spirals, while pale blue hooks curl back toward the center. Behind them, green leaves offer a quieter pattern of blades and shadows. The sculpture remains still, yet every bend seems poised to unfurl.
