The story

Late November finds a small blaze of colour among the succulent leaves. Sunlight rests on their rounded ends and catches the crimson rims of tiny, cup-shaped tips. Between the crowded forms, narrow shadows hold a deeper green. Beyond them, the world softens into gold and brown, leaving this quiet gathering of living shapes.
