A banking fighter jet emerges from a veil of white condensation against an expansive blue sky. Sunlight catches the amber canopy and angular metal surfaces, while the aircraft’s placement to the right leaves open space ahead of its pointed nose. The contrast between precise geometry and dissolving vapor gives the image a suspended, fleeting quality.
The story
On this January day, a small amber glint draws the eye into the blue. The nose of the aircraft remains sharply visible as white vapor softens the broad sweep of its wings. For an instant, the air takes on a shape of its own, wrapping the metal in a luminous veil. Ahead lies an expanse of sky, empty of any visible destination.
