A weathered wooden walkway descends through pale sand and dense dune grasses toward turquoise water, framed by two tall palms. The story

On this April day, the path holds a little sand between its worn wooden slats. Grasses spill toward the ropes, their green and gold strands catching the light. Ahead, two palms stand on either side of an opening filled with blue. The boards give way to sand, and the narrow passage becomes an unobstructed horizon.
