About this piece

A small cascade spills through stepped rock ledges, its softly blurred water framed by dark, wet stone. Golden sunlight illuminates the broad slabs at upper right and glints across the foreground, balancing the descending flow with a sense of weight and stillness.

The story

Late October light rests on the rock shelves, catching scattered leaves and shallow pools. Water gathers at an edge, then loosens into a pale curtain. Alongside it, smaller threads slip through the stone's uneven seams. The bright upper ledge holds its warmth while the flow descends into shadow.
