The story

Late July light gathers on the chapel’s rounded roof and catches the edges of the white stones below. A rope descends from the green bell, tracing a fine line down the bright facade. The golden door stays closed, its panels sharply outlined in the sun. Beyond the low wall, blue water separates this quiet threshold from the distant cliffs.
