The story

I followed the formation across the pale sky, watching four very different shapes settle into a single composition. The Mustang’s propeller softened into a blur; beside it, the jets held their crisp, unfamiliar geometries. What drew me was the space between them, each aircraft separate yet bound to the others by direction and pace. For a moment, decades of aviation occupied the same small stretch of blue.
