The story

I followed the two aircraft through the viewfinder as their wings tilted against the clouds. What held my attention was the difference in their outlines: the long wings and propeller above, the swept angles of the jet below. For a moment, they seemed less like machines from separate eras than two marks moving across the same blue page. I kept the frame wide enough to let the sky remain part of their meeting.
