A close study of rigging isolates dark rope, twisted wire, and weathered wooden fittings in saturated amber light. Shallow focus brings the wood grain and braided fibers into sharp relief while diagonal lines dissolve behind them, giving this functional assembly a quiet sculptural presence.

The story

On this April day, light catches the wooden edges and the fine strands of rope. Each knot holds its shape against a background softened to gold and shadow. The eye follows the dark lines downward, from the suspended fitting to the worn timber below. Within this small arrangement, the suggestion of a voyage rests in stillness.
