Seen from above, foaming surf curves into a pocket of golden sand bordered by rugged coastal rock. Light reveals fissures, dark tidal encrustations, and vivid green algae, while blue tones across the stone echo the water. The diagonal meeting of surf and shore balances restless movement with the weight of rock.
The story
On this June day, the sea spreads a fine white mesh over the edge of the sand. Water gathers around the stones, tracing each obstruction before slipping into another curve. Bright green algae cling to a sheltered crease in the rock, luminous against its ochre and blue surfaces. For a moment, the shore holds these separate textures together; then the foam loosens its pattern.
