The story

November finds no muted palette here: the leaves hold bright green and gold beneath a deep blue sky. Palm trunks lean at different angles, opening narrow views toward the rough ridge beyond. Light catches the folded edges of the shrubs, drawing each leaf out of shadow. Above this crowded foreground, the sky offers a quiet space between the crowns.
