A sweeping shoreline divides pale sand from an expansive sea, where turquoise shallows deepen toward a blue horizon. Seen from above, umbrellas, loungers, and beachgoers form small, rhythmic accents beneath a cloud-filled sky.
The story
From above the beach, I watched the shoreline gather the afternoon into a single curve. Umbrellas punctuated the sand, while swimmers stood in water so pale it seemed to borrow its color from the sky. Farther out, boats left thin white lines across the deeper blue. I framed the scene to keep those small human traces beside the wide reach of water, letting the beach remain busy without disturbing the spaciousness beyond it.
