The story
On this November day, gold fills the sky above two boats at rest. Their sails remain gathered, leaving the slender rigging exposed against the light. A yellow buoy catches the glow beyond the farther hull. Below, small ripples loosen every reflected line, giving the motionless masts a second, wavering life.
