The story
On this December day, the sea holds several shades of blue before the wave releases them into white. At the right, water still gathers into a dark, folded wall; at the left, its shape dissolves into spray. Foam spreads across the foreground in thin, branching lines. Beyond the break, the horizon remains steady beneath scattered clouds.
